Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, we require a minimum of at least 12 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your treatment time.  Failing to give proper notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.  Any cancellations after the required time, or a no show will be charged in full, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.​

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment as arriving late may mean a reduction in treatment time despite the full cost of the treatment applying.​​​
